Compassion
We genuinely care about people, like Jesus did, undeterred by their apparent condition or background. We are especially interested in building friendships with people who don’t realize Jesus wants to be their Friend. (John 13: 34, 35)
Humility
We are part of the grace-filled community of Jesus’ people, in which we openly admit our failings, experience forgiveness, and hold each other accountable to grow up in Christ. (Philippians 2: 3-4)
Conviction
We have confidence in the reasonableness of our faith in Christ and aim to pattern our lives after His own. (1 Thessalonians 1:5; 1 Peter 3:15)
Generosity
Because God has poured so much into us, we have more than enough! We can pour ourselves out for others, giving credit to Him as the Source. (1 John 4:19)
Passion for God’s Glory
We want God to be made famous and deeply loved all over the world, by people who no longer rely on hearsay about God but instead have firsthand experience of His glory and goodness. (Habakkuk 2:14; Exodus 18:9-11)
